If it's rainy and cold where you are, like it is here, something cozy might be nice. Like chili or something. A bowl of chili on a rainy day sounds nice to me...

this is so easy and delicious a whole chicken a clove of garlic inside the bird and some spices and what ever you like salt put butter in the roasting pan and cut up potatoes into quarters cook on 350 for what ever size your chicken is accordingly i put corn on the cob in the roaster pan also and it was the most awesome meal we have had in a while put alot of butter and try not to baste it with water unless you have to to get it not to stick and burn oh it is heavenly martha stewart on tv the other day try it you wont be sorry frances
