When you are trying to figure out if you love someone, is it a good idea to say over and over again that you don't love them, just to see if there's any hesitation in your heart? So that it might suggest that you do love them?

If your trying to convince mentally that u are..then your just focused on the wrong part that tells you u are,since when was love logical to begin with??
