when my brother and i --raised in a family of six-- noticed at a young age we were treated like dirt. But, our sister's treatment was always nice. My brother and i, have i guess trained ourselves to be watchfull about this. --the males in our family ; not ever recieving of any respect at all.

I respect you and will respect you in the morning too (sorry mind in gutter, climbing out) It really sucks to be treated badly but I do commend you on making an apparently negative situation and circumstance and turning it around and making it positive.

I was taught the same thing. But have found with some that no matter how much respect you give them, they don't appreciate it. do you need me to help you get out of there??? In a minute, I'm almost done.

Not very nice or respectful whether his age is a factor or not. A simple thank you but you not my type would be just fine.
