Been there, done that, didn't get the door prize. All I can say is it takes a while but during that time you need to realize that infidelity is for losers and that being said.... in reality you have won in the long run. You just don't see it yet.

u dont need his bithc ass. cheating men are pigs and should be shot. infidelity makes me sick. and the woman should be shot if she knew. all of them are examples of our moral decline. marriage is sacred, so to hell with him. grab up one of us young studs and have a nice relaxing weekend in bed. as in not allowe dot leave bed at all! .lol

The truth is, there's nothing you can do to get over it faster. Your gonna hurt. You can try to distract yourself and keep busy, but in the end your just delaying working thru it. Like I said you'll hurt for a while. Then you'll get mad. Then you'll probably go back to thinking what you did wrong and what you can change to make him come back. After you get thru all of that, then you'll start to realize that you weren't happy in the relationship either and it was better he left. Just keep your friends close to you. Talk to them when you need to talk. They don't have to tell you anything and you shouldn't take any of there advice. Just think things out for yourself and follow your heart. If you end up listening to others your going to have regrets and resent the people you listened too. That's the best advice I can give you. Also, get out and do something new. Something you always wanted to but couldn't. New experiences help. Good luck.
