that's funny unsure because ever since i was a little kid, that's the
way i figured that i would live my life and til this day i haven't
really changed my mind. marriage has never been much more to me than a
ceremony anyway. if you have twp people who are willing to completely
commit to each other, i don't think it makes a difference whether you
get married or not.....like your comment i have seen alot of
relationships change once they were married, i can't explain it but it
happens.

OH King...it does happen a lot!! My friend lived with her fiance for
years before I even got married, then that happened to her. Things went
crazy and they just did not get along....they got along great while they
just lived together, but I don't know why, when you get that stupid
piece of paper..things do change! She tried to warn me, if things are
going good the way the are--leave it! But I had my mother nagging at me
to get married because of the children...it would look better---well, it
didn't work out better in the end!
I would say this, don't let anyone tell you how to run your life, esp
your mother! Sometimes mothers don't know best!! :)

No amount of time living together is going to determine a
relastionship...God's plan was for one partner. There are so many unwed
parents out there it is so very sad. If the girl/woman is good enough to
sleep with (sex), then she/he should be good enough to marry. I know
that sounds old fashioned, but when did sex become socially acceptable.
Didn't it used to be sacred...between a man and a wife...

sweet i feel the same, but i guess now most guys just want one thing and
then when they get it .....c ya!!! don't get me wrong sex it good but i
think it is something that should take time. toooooo much could happen

In some cases you may jump in too quick
and crash and burn.
In other cases you may wait too long
and end up being afraid to commit.
Listen to your heart.
It will tell you when the time is right.

yes. i do also!! i dont know why people think its a bad thing to live
together. its better than being divorced 6 times when things dont work
