No (((Sea))) customers are not always right and yes, some are jerks as this woman obviously was... "why Princess doesn't/can't work in a customer situation"... (she has jumped over a counter to beat the living piss out of a customer) soooooooooo I know about azzhole customers BUT they are who we are serving and we must hold our tempers not for the customer/person but for the company... now, this woman was wrong and one thing Whisper did have is the "right to refuse service" there doesn't have to be a reason... but as I said, I don't know Canadian law only US.... |

as far as im concerned the customer is not always first, in fact i think some cutomers use this to there advantage.!!! jmo  CORRECT! Customers are not ALWAYS RIGHT! I agree. There are customers that like to push and push. |
