Remember, it is the Presidential Candidate you are voting for. Not the VP. Though in the uniqueness of this election the later does need to be considered.

Yes, there is a uniqueness here. McCain's health and age give me cause to look at Palin closer.

this is going to hurt.

the over 65 crowd are not going to agree with that little snippet coming out of nobama's mouth or his bidet's mouth nor any liberals mouth.

and they vote big time,

always have, always do, alway will.

You see....they are wiser than most:wink:

they have to carry a big stick, maybe to steady their steps... laugh

but together, they walk softly and make a racket.frustrated slaphead

At some time it is time for the ole timers to move the hell out the way and let the up and coming put their hand in the pot. That time is now.

The good ole boy stuff is not American anymore. The good ole boys need to either change themselves or step out the way for the better change to happen.

It is time.

We have been run by the good ole boys right into hell or almost and we are now ready for them to set their old butts down somewhere and enjoy their retirement and let the yunguns take the lead.

McCain is just more good ole boy. He can't get away from that and he signed on a good ole girl as VP so that makes it worse.

oh...

she's tough, alright.

It takes resolve to be so placid and calm and get it done.

I am convinced.

not from soundbytes, but by digging past the minutia to follow her train of thought. her record is amazing against the odds she was facing.

Her leadership abilities are sound. She can will her outlines into bearing fruit and control the situation without controlling people.

Wise, indeed. Tough, very tough.

Do not underestimate this woman.

She is very sharp and very real.

oh, don't get confused, I don't underestimate anyone, Hillary is a case in point of why you shouldn't underestimate a woman, go ask Vince Foster what that leads to.

However, Palin is already changing her tune, she's now pulling McCains NeoCon line. She wants to be part of the cool crowd with the Alaskan Secession group, but we might have to have a hot war with Russia, if South Ossetia does the same thing?

Did I mention hypocrite also?

wouldee's photo
Wed 09/17/08 01:02 AM
yup, with an 'e'. laugh

I don't buy that.

She is NOT a neocon.

Neither is Newt Gingrich, remember him?

newt.org.

He isn't popular with the 'cool crowd' of Rovian lions, either.

But Bush has his hands on some very good levers.

1. unwinding federal employment burdens. he has been systematically deconstructing the democrats bureaucracy inch by inch for years.

We don't hear the spotted owl and land grab nonsense of Clinton anymore, do we?

the states don't get the kickback from the federal Gov't that they used to either.

they have to cut back and bye bye cushy jobs for libtards in government.

yup.bigsmile brilliant.

2. Faith based alternatives to government programs. they produce willing results and do so faster and better than the government can.

Those two things hallmark the Mc Cain message in the sublime.

Libtards will think i am talking out of mt a$$ on this one and laugh it off, but it is working.

their bosses, the infidel comrades they goosestep know all too well that Mc Cain is now their nightmare with Palin in the house. She has done the sqme thing in Alaska.

She has reduced pork and earmarks consistently, but all the while gettig federal money for Alaskan projects and leaving the oil money in Alaska in Alaska.

That woman is brilliant.

She belongs in the White House in Mc Cain's ear with her insights and he can take them through the establishment and get them rolling.

This unlikely pair scares the crap out of the demogogats.

Literally.

they are besides themselves.

They can't gget in the heads of Mc Cain and Palin.

and Mc Cain and Palin are busy getting the word out while the libtards trip over themselves.

They have less than 50 days to get their act together and articulate their alternative solutions, but they don't even know what is coming at them.

It's funny to watch.

I am happy.

bigsmile

This is going to be fun to watch.

I think there are some major discrepancies in things she says.

She said she "told the Congress thanks but no thanks on the Bridge to Nowhere".

The truth is that she supported the bridge to nowhere while running for Governor of Alaska in 2006. Once Congress had decided not to fund it, she then claimed she opposed it. Hmmmmm.

She claims to be against earmarks. The truth is that as Mayor of Wasilla she obtained over $20 million in earmarks for a town of under 10,000 people. As governor of Alaska she has requested almost $1/2 billion in earmarks. Yikes!

The truth is she did GET funding for that bridge to Nowhere.... she spent the money on other projects, when it came time to build that bridge to nowhere she had spent basically all the money she was funded for that bridge---and went back for more money--- after she told the people of her fine state they were going to have to foot the bill for that bridge-that didn't go over all to well.. so she went back for more earmarks.
And on other ear marks? She IS in the HISTORY of government said to received most on Earmarks. She has been getting outrageous amounts, more than any other person in government in the HISTORY of Government.
How can anybody miss any of this??
It is being made public knowledge. Not sure how or what they were thinking, but they knew this all would come to light.

Palin was talking in Michigan yesterday. She finally answered a question. I heard it on NPR on the radio.

The person asked her if she had anything to say about the allegations that she wasn't able to handle foreign policies and did she have anything to say about people believing she was able to do the job.

Finally, she answers a question without a speech writer. Here's her chance!!

All that she says is that she will be ready. She said it about 3 times.

That's so deep.laugh

no, it's pragmatic.

the media cannot edit three little words into oblivion and characterize her message in another way with such a spot on confident answer.

But I see they have trained some people well in spinning everything she says.

That would be because they have their own agenda.

But they are still far from non-biased.

I agree to disagree with you on this. All sources of media have their own agendas. Some are worse than others.

I did hear, though, part of the speech and how she answered the questions regardless of the source.
