Ok everyone, question for you. If you thought you met your soulmate, would you leave your children for that relationship?

that would depend on how rotten the kids are. devil

I wouldn't. But my daughter's mom apparently decided it was a good idea and I haven't seen my daughter since.

If I had any, HEck NOPERS !!!!!!!

Not my soulmate if they asked me to do that .....

I agree with this one. I don't have any, but someone who required that wouldn't be a soulmate.

IF they WERE my soulmate, I wouldn't NEED to .. everyone would 'fit' together ..

this isn't even a good hypothetical question because when things are 'right' everything works in harmony

come on...that isnt a rational question. The question should be would your soul mate find a way to be with you

What the hell kind of question is that? Who would do such a thing?

The only part I'd even consider was if my son was grown, gone and out on his own. Then, sure I'd consider it. But until he's at least through with college, NO FREAKING WAY!

With the emphasis on "thought" then there would be no way I would walk away from anything or anyone in my life for just thinking I might have found my soulmate. However were we really dating and in a serious relationship and my children were grown then that would be the deciding factor...
