romeo's probably right, it's probably scam, but you could look up that bank online, and see if it's legit. see if you can find that guy's name, song li or whatever on the bank's website. e-mail the bank, and ask them about it. but, i wouldn't get my hopes up though, however, if it is real, send me a couple thousand for giving u this idea

I would definitely delete it, but not before creating a dummy acount, forwarding it back, and saying I was letting the authorities know about his scamming and illegal behaviors. Then I'd delete the dummy account. But I never open my SPAM folder. Ever.
