Topic: Natural Gas is not a fossil fuel?

Nancy Pelosi... You could reduce the price at the pump immediately with (inaudible). You can have a transition with natural gas. You can have a transition with natural gas. That is cheap, abundant and clean compared to fossil fuels. The Bush administration, two oil men in the White House, they want us to believe that the status quo is what we should do and more of it -- and more of it, when it will just only keep us in the same place that we are now. The speaker of the house believes that natural gas is not a fossil fuel. The Democrats really lowered the bar by putting this woman in charge.

Perhaps Pelosi was thinking in terms of harnessing the "natural" gas from flatulation?! Hmmm, an interesting thought and it does have potential. People could create their own fuel by walking around with pastic bags over their butts harnessing this yet untapped "natural" resource! More beans please!

I have NEVER seen anything spoken by an elected official as incoherent and inarticulate as what came out of Nancy Pelosi's mouth. For Democrats to even have an appearance of honesty, they will have to bash Pelosi at least as hard as they have Bush when he hasn't been very articulate. She kept mumbling something about a debate raging for 50 years within the Catholic church and something about the doctors of the Catholic Church. I'm not Catholic and I know that the Catholic church believes that life begins at conception. How could a life long Catholic fumble through this issue so clumsily?

If this play on words is the only thing you have to hold against her she is doing good. I have issues with her because she did not push for impeachment, we were all hoping that she would. She has caved way too many times to the powers that be. So she was not the woman warrior we were all hoping for.
