i DONT IM!!! I was not suggesting that you do so. On the rare occasions that it happens, I did IM after a dozen emails. Neither of which fits this context.

I look ahead, to the memories that will be. I am considering one now; a series of messages that has culminated in a thing being achieved, and I knew that it would happen, and that its ending has come. Perhaps I spread myself thinly, over the present and the future, thereby lessening the strength of NOW to hold me back.

Hiya Purple!! Sorry about your back. One alleviation is a human spoon, so that your back is warmed and supported. lacking that, try a heating pad?

I've been cooking my back on johnson for a few hours now if I keep it really hot its not so bad but as soon as the heats gone its angry again right side spasming muscle ball man hands ......oh I WISH the man hands where REAL maybe if I put my work gloves in the microwave for a bit...?..
