Which is best???
I have a 5000 sq ft house which soaks up alot of money just heating and cooling...not to mention repairs, lawn care etc...I'm thinking real strong of downsizing... |

Owning a house is an investment. Can't make any money renting. Unless you're running a business out of there....

true I am in an apartment now, and the upkeep of a house is too much, but will probably have another in the future but with just me and my daughter, it was too much for just us alone. The expenses were too much. Good luck and hope you make the right decision angel. |

Or you could buy a condo...have to pay those stupid maintenance fees though...mine are up to $308 a month now

It really sounds like you need a different house. Apartments are okay, but once you can get a house, keep it or trade it in on another one. Don't go back.
