 hahaha, I brought him up just recently in the "religion forum" Did you know some of those people believe the earth is only 6000 years old? I cant wrap my head around it. They just arent hip to anthropogenesis at ALL.  I wrote a book in which one of the plot devices was a machine called a tectonic accelerator. The idea was that it would cause tectonic plates to move 2 inches a day instead of 2 inches a year. Doesn't sound like much, but it would cause some REAL problems for cities and buildings and roads and stuff. So I told one girl about my tectonic accelerator, and she said, "Oh yeah, they have one of those at the gym." I guess it works wonders for the abs. |

I don't necessarily wait for first contact, you have to put yourself out there. It's nice to be pursued...sometimes.

I mean Plate Tectonics and continental drift they teach in high school nowadays. Most people have a basic grasp. Not all though I guess. Im normally willing to accept that not everyone is strong in their awareness of ALL subjects but hopefully at least one skill or interest. Your accelerator idea sounds cool. Very "Lex Luther" of you.
