k while i have some southerners in here has anyone had chocolate gravy? I grew up on it and now make it myself. yet hardly anyone has heard of it.. GAG!!!! i never heard such a thing |

Choclate gravy on flapjacks
INGREDIENTS: 1 cup white sugar 1 tablespoon self-rising flour 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 1 1/4 cups water 2 tablespoon butter DIRECTIONS In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, flour and cocoa powder. Add water and stir. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thick. Remove from heat and add butter. Serve warm. |
