hi could anyone tell me why my foot still hurts,i hurt it a week ago and im supposed to elevate it , and when i do it falls asleep , and it is numb

With my broken foot & ankle, I had the same problem sometimes with elevating it. Sometimes it was the angle.

Maybe you should see a doctor if it isn't getting any better

I'd definitely make an appointment and get it checked out. I have poor circulation and elevating my foot doesn't make it fall asleep that easily. Better safe than sorry. Good Luck.

Try epsum salts and warm water. Works good for me.

well i dropped a free weight on it and no bones were broken so i think i may have hurt the nerves in it
