There is a place near Pike's Market (across the street?). My daughter pointed it out one day as we were walking by. She and some friends went there to see From Aphony.

You just moved to Seattle? Go out and pick up copies of The Stranger and Seattle Weekly. They're free weekly newpapers that list everything that's going on in the area. New issues come out on Thursdays. You should be able to find them just about anywhere. flowerforyou drinker
