You are unamerican not because of your views, but because of your disregard for American values, and more importantly, your malevolence towards them. There is nothing wrong with disagreeing with American policies, but saying that you are an American simply because you took an oath (one which you can't uphold obviously) is a load of BS. You've made it abundantly clear on here that you have an allegiance to your nation of birth, which obviously supersedes your supposed oath to the Constitution, which is in fact, a violation of that oath.

Go back to the Soviet Union from whence you came and I'll see you out on the battlefield when America's "Eagle proceeds to rip the intestines from Eurasia's "Bear."
why arent you in the army now they are looking for a few good men.

LOL Tim,
I thought this thread was about Republicans!
Turns out I wasnt far off!drinker

Many people born here have been following HiBush so religously and for so long they have forgotten what being an American is about.
They think anyone who doesnt believe in the Bush doctrine is unAmerican.

Dont let them get to you.
I think otim been doing real well since coming back!
I believe in second chances. Dont let me, or more importantly yourself, down!drinker

Fanta buddy,
You know I love ya man.
BUT...
I'm a Conservative and I agree with alot that Our President does. With that said, I disagree with much of his policies also.
This whole right -vs- left thing is making me sick. Just because I support my President doesn't make me a brainwashed psychphant.

All I hear (from both sides) is how we need more partisonship, But that only means that, "They are allowed to agree with me!" If I disagree, I'm automatically wrong or brainwashed.

God forbid we allow free expression or support for an ideal without being branded.

As for our Russian friend,

Un-American??? I like this quote on the subject.

Hey BG,drinker
Im an Independent who has always voted Conservative. Bush has turned me on them and I dont see any difference, other than being a vet, between him and McCain!
Really its not McCain so much as the whole damned party! Their policies are outdated and proven failures IMO! I believe the country is ready to take a new direction.

I think to survive as a United country and a world leader we must take a new direction!

When I call the die-hard Republicans brainwashed I am talking about the ones who would follow their party at the expense of America.
America to me is not a Party, it is and attitude and an idea. A collection of individuals never satisfied with simply being the best country on earth, but constantly endeavoring for improvement, to be even better!

I am not suggesting that the Democrats have all the answers, nor that they are the end means to what we need. They do however offer a candidate with the ability to move us forward instead of backwards or running idle.

It's not even about the Democrat party, but about the man Obama.
He at least shows the willingness to work across party lines and realize that America's future is the goal. He is willing to change, and approach the years of failed foreign policies with a new approach.

Instead of looking down on others of different cultures he is willing to talk to them with respect to their wants and needs.

All the Republicans do is cut of talks with anyone who doesn't see eye to eye with us on everything. Including the Democrats who sit in the same Congress.

Bush went 6 yrs without issuing a single veto until the Democrats gained a small majority two yrs ago. Since then he has issued at least 12, and threatened to veto the new GI Bill that Jim Webb sponsored. McCain, the vet, right by his side. What's up with that?

The Republicans will talk with anyone who possesses nuclear weapons, cut off talks or invade those who won't fold in to their demands, and then wonder why those countries want Nukes.

They talk about drilling offshore oil wells, when they wont develop the land they already lease, as a political move. Trying to scare Americans into believing that if they dont, gas prices will continue you climb.

I suspect that as soon as Obama becomes President, without drilling at all, OPEC will drop crude oil prices 20-30 dollars a barrel the first year he's in office! I suspect this for many reasons, but that's a whole thread on its own!

Heres a quote from yesterday:no usa wont attack russia. because hell usa cant even beat iraq.so usa is chicken....

Do you want me to post more!!! It one thing to not agree with any politician, I dont care which one I dont agree with everything they stand for. Its one thing to trash a public figure and another to trash a country you call home!!!

I will defend my country as long as their is blood pumping through my veins temp. However, I do not owe that allegiance to the great decider, or as I like to call him, "The Great Liar."

Tims opinion of Bush's policies and his performance as President (Commander and Chief? LMAO) are no different than many people's around the world, or about 72% of all Americans.
Everyone is welcome to disagree with him, but personal attacks are becoming mainstream site traits as late.

I will and have said the same thing. The US (under Bush)seem quite willing to attack little countries like Iraq with reckless abandon and no just cause.
Us attacking Iraq, as Ive said many times, is akin to a school yard bully beating up on the special bus kid, and stealing his lunch money.
It is the first time in this countries history that we have attacked another country unprovoked. It is now a stain on the history of this country I love, and one I will never be proud of.
The US will not attack Russia, nor will they directly engage their forces in Georgia. Thank God, even Bush knows our military's limits!
We can not beat them, despite the generation of Americans who have become accustomed to our easy defeats in the Persian Gulf against an unworthy opponent. All our incursions into the ME have accomplished, besides the fact that now the world looks at us as aggressors, is now we have a generation of Americans who seem to think our military is invincible.
Putin made Bush look like the hypocrite that he is, and although that's something I never thought Id ever say, it is the truth!
If any of these coward arse feckers who have the balls to call for more of our brave soldiers to die while they sit on their arse safe and sound here at home dont like that I said that. Then they can kiss my red, white, and blue arse!

If tomorrow all the things were gone I'd worked for all my life, And I had to start again with just my children and my wife, I'd thank my lucky stars to be living here today, 'Cause the flag still stands for freedom and they can't take that away.

I'm proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free, And I won't forget the men who died who gave that right to me, And I gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today, 'Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land God Bless the U.S.A.

From the lakes of Minnesota to the hills of Tennessee, Across the plains of Texas from sea to shining sea. From Detroit down to Houston and New York to L.A., There's pride in every American heart and it's time we stand and say:

I'm proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free, And I won't forget the men who died who gave that right to me, And I gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today, 'Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land God Bless the U.S.A.

And, nowhere in those lyrics does it say I will blindly follow a Commander in Chief who will send men to die when he himself did all he could to avoid the same!
Nor, does it say I will attack a sovereign Nation without provocation!
Or, Lie to the American people to get them to approve my blatant misuse of our countries brave men and women for my own personal reasons!

I support my brothers 100%, but they have been misused and abused.
To defend Bush for his actions is not IMO supporting them 100%.

Bush, Cheney, and Rummy should be held accountable for their crimes!

Damm man, enough with all the mistakes Bush has made and the lord knows he has made a bunch. Its time to come together and take our country back. If we dwell on the horrendous mistakes made in the past years, what have we accomplished? Lets fight and debate about tomorrow because we can not change the past. God bless you and the USA

Well I have to to totally disagree with you. Have you read all his latest posts. Free speech is one thing but hiding behind the freedoms that this country gave you is another..He is a coward nothing more!!! You took an oath when you joined the military, one I know you took very seriously..He toke an oath when he became an American..We all know how he feels about that!!

He has improved his disposition temp.
He has a right to disagree with Bush as a citizen, and as far as a world view he is right in line with their opinion of the Bush Administration.
I will defend America as long as my heart beats, but I have not and never would put forth that effort for the great decider, who I feel free to refer to as the great liar, Bush!

I read the post where you and tim had a clash of ideology and opinion, but if Zap had not come in to yours and his conversation with his personal revelations and attacks on tim it would have been just that, a disagreement of opinion!

I was Gary's, and his any aliases original revealer and have always been the first to bust him when he has reappeared.
I have undoubtedly been his worst nightmare, as Im sure he will attest.
After watching him for quite sometime since his latest return, and seeing that his disposition had changed dramatically for the better, I decided to leave him alone this time.
He was doing real good and no one even noticed except me that he was the lost Gary. I let him know I noticed and then let him be.
Steve (Zap) was back on the site under an alias of his own for a couple weeks before he indicated to me that he suspected who tim was.
Despite me asking him to let tim be, he immeadeatly launched into his revelation. Instead of debating the topic, he has consistently attacked the poster. Despite the contradiction that Zap also had an alias!
This seems to be Zaps style as most all his posts will attest! He seems quite impressed with himself and I guess he mistakes his bad attempts at comedy as intelligence!

The difference? I told everyone that I changed profiles and why I did. Get your facts straight for once Glenn and understand that you were willfully disobeying the site rules as you have admitted to doing here and now. But it did suit your needs to have a friend, no matter how or why, that would stand with you as you had something on him, so I do pity your choice of action.Don't you think that was a little manipulative even beyond willingly breaking a rule that could get you banned? Really?
