I was away for the weekend and it feels like a brand new start when I get home.
I can go away overnight and feel refreshed and ready for whatever comes my way .. I love to travel and love to stay at hotels .. get together with people I know in the area .. yada yada 
What does it take for you to be able to let go of your stress-filled life and kick back?  I know some people who need 2 weeks vaca at a time so they spend the first week just letting go  and getting into relax mode.
What about you? How quickly can you wind down? I'll stay tuned ... |
