I wouldn't defend anyone when they are clearly wrong.

I definitely will state my opinion, regardless if it matches my friend's or not.
I think those of you who know me know that is the case. However, if a person mistreats my friend for no reason, I will definitely say something. Most times, it is not about what was said or done, but rather how others react to it. Vengeance, for example, is wrong. If my friend messed up, apologized, and the person retaliated? No excuse. Either accept the apology or don't. |

 I love we can agree to disagree and respect our different views. And yes, my comments are always from a place of caring, they always are. Even my rough, blunt comments are from a belief that it is better to hear it and disregard it than to not hear it and lose out on the possiblity of considering it. I'm wrong a lot.... but once in a while I'm right or close. |

I would stick up for my buddy and then tell him in private that he was wrong. I wouldn't humiliate him in public.

Hey if my friend is wrong I will hear them out tell them what I think. And in the process let them know I think they are wrong and stay out of it beyond that.

You and I are so much alike that we just need to tell the other what we'd do if it were us, and it is pretty simple. We are pretty lucky that way. And the Dr. Philism credo applies, you teach people how to treat you....
