Why is it when something is new, it is called "brand new"? What is the brand and where did it come from?

And once again why is their braille writing on a drive up atm or why is there signs up no dogs allowed except for seeing eye dogs, is the dog supposed to read it to his master?

Why do they call it a "hot water heater"? Hot water doesn't need heating! Yeah.....and it's COLD water that is being used in them! Heating it and Making it HOT. Maybe they shouldbe called "Cold Water Heater".....
