i would go private for medical treatment, and hope they could find out what else is wrong with me, and i would hope they could make my pain bearable and hopefully maybe cure some of my health problems or improve some of them.
plus donate money to some charaties.

Pay off debts, then drive in my loan free car to see my daughter & pay off her debts.
