From MarketPlace we learn that family-values conservative GOP Congressman Pete Sessions (R-TX) has been holding fundraisers at a strip club in Vegas. Sessions was publicly livid over Janet Jackson's "liberal values" when she bared her covered boobs during the SuperBowl a few years back (Pete Sessions... scolded Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake for forcing "their liberal values upon the rest of the country" after their infamous 2004 Super Bowl halftime striptease). Sessions was less upset about the boobs shown at his fundraisers at a Vegas strip joint. Here is how Sessions described the affair to the media, and below are lots more photos from the strip joint. It's priceless: Sessions: That's right, we do a Las Vegas fundraiser every year and not only raise money, but see Las Vegas. It's a beautiful town. Henn: Forty Deuce is a strip club. Sessions: You know, I've never seen that. It is what I would call a burlesque show where there's a woman who comes out and has a dress on... Uh, she never get's naked. There's no nudity, there's no nudity in there. This is how the club's owner, Ivan Kane, describes his brand of burlesque. Ivan Kane: The key component would be to have girls who were dancers taking their clothes off, not just girls taking their clothes off. Sessions spent more than $5,000 at Kane's club that night in March, according to federal disclosures. Those reports show Sessions spent another $2,100 on his hotel. Do you have something against Strip Clubs??? Strip Clubs is an all American tradition. It is also how the West was Won, without men killing themselves over the very few ladies willing to head out to the Wild Wild West. Otherwise, there would be a whole bunch of Gays in the West... Look at San Fransico... dam Liberal town. We need Strip Clubs to keep America Straight and the Republican Party as the Straight only Party... NO more closeted gay Republicans in the Senate or the Church like last year. WE are going to keep a close eye on who is actually enjoying the Strippers. Lap Dance required. |

I have huge issues with HYPOCRITES!! In case you missed it the hypocrisy of his actions is what I was trying to show in posting this. This is a man who publicly chided a performer who's nipple was exposed very briefly on t.v. If you can't see the obvious humor and the ridiculousness of his position....well never mind haha It's the conservative family values people who want everyone to cover up, have sex only for procreation (see Bush administration attempts to change the definition of abortion to include the pill), prosecute people for making and owning porn,and keep women subservient. (Not that I am against a little role play hah) If I go to strip clubs, own or make porn, who I make love to or boink and what sex toys I own are none of the governments business until force, coercion or children are involved. The key difference here is that I am not a public official condemning others while doing the same or worse according the the standards I loudly espouse. We all know if the liberals have their way their will be blatant nipple exposure everywhere! The Horror...The Horror! As for my cleavage, it's a ren fair corset and well, the girls are hard to miss. My best friend took the picture a couple summers ago. Makes me laugh when people comment on the pic so I keep it up. Bad me...I am a dirty old lady at heart. |

Some NeoCon really believe what I wrote is true. Did you see the Daily Show last night? Some Author was on and he was defending the WAR and the NeoCons. There is no way of convincing them. Nothing... short of impeaching Bush with a bunch of investigations and shuting down the TV evangelists. The Republicans are a faster moving animal than the Dems. And you are aiming at the tail... reacting to their deeds. I say aim ahead of them and to the head... You need the Christians who know the difference to speak up and say "Hey that is not what Christianity is about. We don't need the gov't to put us on the mainstream because we are suppose to be Aliens to this world." What's going to happen is that some NeoCon is going to post what a dem did at a Strip Club. Or what Clinton did in the closet. But nothing, just bickering what the other party did. It is just another issue like Gay Rights and ProChoice to distract us from the true evilness of religion in Politics... the true cause of Gridlock. Compromising congress vs uncompromising God's truth (which Christian God truth?). |

I am agree, issues like abortion and gay marriage are raised mostly to distract and divide. The dog and pony show both parties have run for some time now is working while the top 1% suck what's left out of this country and take their money elsewhere. |

So what? Ted Kennedy's been around alot longer. Talk about corruption? he's still around & walking free after killing a woman....and in the senate!!!! It doesn't get worse than that.
