This week my son has spring break and has no school, so i took half the
week off of work so we could enjoy it. Well, we went bowling this
afternoon and at the place we were having fun and being alittle goofy
and maybe loud. My son is autistic and has his ways about him at times
and there were these guys about 3 lanes down. I could here them talking
about my son and his ways but I am use to it and try to ignore them. At
one point I hear one say Well if her kids that way there must be
something wrong with her too, I know she looks f***ing ugly to me. Good
thing our game was about over cause I needed to leave we ended our game
and left and when we got home I locked myself in the bathroom and cried
so hard.
I had come on here about a month ago and you guys had givin me some of
my confidence back and today they just riped it out and stomped on it.
Sorry but I just needed to talk it out

I am so sorry that happened to you. There are some horrible people out
there and they don't care who they hurt. If people would look more on
the inside and not physical apperance this world would be a much better
place.

People like that are a**holes. The reason people act like that is
because they have no respect for them selves or others. Plus their
self-esteem is so low the only way to make themselves feel better about
their pathectic little lives is to act like that. You should always hold
your head up high, because you a bigger &better person than them.

Thanks guys I always prided myself for respecting others just wish they
would me.

Don't let people like ruin you time with your friends and family. They
are not the type of people that understand what you go through and their
shallow minds with never grasp with you do. You are a beauitful woman
and a wonderful parent. Never let antbody tell you

Speaking as someone who is picked on on a constant basis..You have to
just ignore the ignorant people of the world and surround yourself with
as many of the good people that you possibly can..which is why I live
online..lol..all my friends online in my chatrooms know all about my
disabilities and dont care..they dont treat me any differently than they
treat eachother.

Wantta, people like that really are not wasting your tears on. People
like that, people who need to belittle others in order to feel good
about themselves, are nothing more than pathetic and immature.

I know it hurts; that's their whole intention. To empower themselves
(or so they believe) by making someone else feel miserable. But think
about it -- should the opinions of people who are so heartless, matter
to you at all? Please understand that, in the end, you're a better
person than they will ever be, by virtue of the fact that you have
feelings and empathy for others -- something those losers will probably
never have.

What makes it even worse is that they were saying things about your son.
Again, I ask -- what kind of person would do that? Is it someone whose
opinion should matter to you?

See, there are a LOT of cruel and heartless people in the world. You're
better than they are. You don't hurt people the way they do, you would
never even consider behaving like that, and that is just ONE reason you
are better then they are.

Don't let idiots tear you down. They can't rise to your level; they're
totally incapable of it. All they want to do is tear you down to THEIR
level. And you don't have to allow it.

I knew when I wrote this you guys would make me feel better. Thank you
for being here, I have come to value all of your wisdoms and I know you
are right I know they were just a** holes

People are cruel and just down right mean .. Wanttachat,
you are a very beautiful women inside and out. People like that are
nothing but assholes, dont let them get to you. You just keep being
yourself and love it

Some people are just so friggin rude! Almost just plain hateful when
they act like that!! Sad part is, for those kids to even make those
types of comments shows you how miserable they really are. Not to
mention jealous that none of their parents are spending time with them.

into theirs because God gave you your wonderful son because he knew you
were a woman of STRENGTH, WISDOM, COURAGE AND COULD TAKE ON THE WORLD IF
YOU HAD TO. Never feel lowered or down because some insecure cowardly
so called man who doesnt know that even through your son is different
their the ones with the problem because they dont have THE LOVE HE HAS
FROM YOU. Words do hurt and some hurt more than others but when you
hear these hateful words from the sorry people who say them, just look
into your heart and know they are only talking about themselves.

Hi Wantachat,Listen sweetie, people sometimes just dont care who they
hurt. I myself have to deal with it everyday of my life. I was born with
spina-bifida so everytime I go somewhere I hear hey mom look at that
little man or look mom a midget. i've learned either to just ignore
there or if they feel like asking me i'll tell them about it. like they
say when life gives you a mastercard go shopping or something like that
