I've had 2 motorola razors die this week..... went to upgrade to a new phone and they say I need to get a new number.....WTF????? Can ya hear me now????

That does suck. I have a Motorola. I love them...but never had the razors. I have the new slider. It's awesome.

yeah perhaps they could send out cards to all of my contacts for the last 10 years telling them why they cant reach me

My older daughter had issues with a bad phone, even though she had an insurance policy on it through the phone company she purchased it through. It wasn't until she said she was considering switching companies that they took GOOD care of her. Try it!!

Had my razr 2 years with no problems...will upgrade to a new one soon.....good luck......

I love my Verizon. Never had a moments trouble with them. Helps when friends have Verizon too.

I have a Verizon....they upgrade for free every 2 years.....and the minutes are free if you call someone who has Verizon too....I've been happy with mine for a few years now...
