People who don't use there freaking blinkers and just assume everyone should stop like them well driving! O.K. a midwestern driver...lol. Get used to it unfortunately, and be glad you are not near Chicago, Detroit, or Toledo. I hate when people disregard everyone else's safety because they are too stupid to read the manual either. We all had to do it, so how can you forget the rules?
