I am a sucker that way..I have given second, third, fourth, etc., chances to the same guy..only to have my heart ripped out over and over... and I would probably do it again. Yeah, I know, I need therapy...

It all depends on what was done in the first place. Sometimes a second chance should be given but again it depends on the situation.

keep them at a distance like friends with out benefits everrrrrrrrrrrr haha but it is good to forgive but if we don't tell them how they hurt us they will just keep going on and on and doing the same things to us and never changing.

I recently gave my ex boyfriend a 4th chance. Hence the ex in front of the boyfriend. When they become an ex it's for a reason. I've finally learned that.

the second chance is an easy way to allow yourself to be vulnerable again. if you are ready for it do it. but only that one time... you can only be a victim once,after thet youre a volunteer . just my opinion. peace be with you joshua

i have learned to give a second chance i would need some time. but if the person was cheating well sorry time to move on.

most of the time i wont give a second chance but in certain circumstances(like if neither of us wanted to break up but we were forced apart) then ill give a second chance.
