Topic: Try Smiling ..... | |

its not that easy. My face does not have a natural smile, actually a frown. I look pissed off all the time but I'm not. Someone pointed this out to me recently and I have been trying to walk around with a smile on my face, even though I cramp up in the cheeks a little it really does make a difference how others react to you, try it.

Smile, it makes people wonder what your up too.
They say that if you greet someone with a smile, the most natural thing for the other person to do is smile back. That's why smiles are contagious. Of course there has to be an exception to the rule, fortunately, I'm it. I've noticed that if I'm walking down a street or through a mall or someplace, and I smile at someone, there first reaction is to turn and look away. It probably is just me, and the fact that my parents couldn't afford braces, but I'm taking the hit for the rest of you, so get out there and smile!!! |

It takes 42 muscles in your face to frown. It only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and smack someone upside the head.
