Is a drug,well advertised on TV fpr people suffering with depression.

It generally takes most SSRI about 2 weeks to work. Check it out on line.

Sure. I have never taken that one, but have taken Paxil and Zoloft in the past after my husband died. Just stay under doc's care and don't EVER come off without weaning under doc supervision. Good luck!

be careful when taking antidepresants, some can make you have suicide thoughts, mine did when i was on it a few years back, but i dont believe it was cymbalta. hope it works for you though

I have alot of patients that is on this antidepressant and it seems to have less side effects than most others and over all seems to work pretty good. You should see changes within a month at least. We start most patients off on 30mg for the first two weeks then increase it to 60mg after that.

Yes,thats what my Doctor did.Starting on 37.5 mpg for 2 weeks(1 capsule),then increase to 2 a day from there.

Lexapro didnt do anything for me but am glad it works for you! Good Luck
