"The Stuff"...a movie about what happens when yogurt goes bad... OMG! That's hilarious for reasons I'm glad no one knows! Well, I guess at least 1 person might. Ehgad thought that was you sitting in the empty theater with me....

For graphic gross out factor, my vote goes to a short flim (about 55m long I believe) called Imprint. Planet Terror has to get a nod somewhere in this thread. Not for being offensive, but for revisiting the oldschool and glorifying the B-movie horror genre in a mainstream setting. And for that, I loved it. ;)

Oh, hahahahaha. I can't stop laughing everytime I think of the movie "The Story of Ricki-oh" I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life when I watched this movie. It was FANTASTIC! (fantastic in a horrible kind of way.) Another one I just thought of was The Doom Generation. Yeeesh....messed up flick.

Grossest movie...and I have seen some of the ones people have listed on here, is Waiting. It is a "comedy" by the team that made Van Wilder (a gross scene in there as well) about wait-staff and cooks in a crappy restaurant. The steak they made up special for the woman customer almost made me vomit!

Seven. It made me sick, especially the man who was forced to eat to death Seven kicked ass! Agree. And if you're sickened by Seven, then you really haven't seen that many movies.

Castration scene in I Spit On Your Grave was distubing, but the guy deserved it..... I freaking "LOVE" I Spit on Your Grave. Classic B-Grade quality stuff their. Doom Generation is just dumb..flat out dumb. I couldn't even watch all of it.
