Yes but only if you really express to what extent you would hit... example: I'd bunt that! "If she's so-so." I'd pop a fly ball! "If she's liable to not be on birth control." I'd line drive it! "If her dad may shoot you afterwards." I'd pitch-hit! "If she's married." I'd switch-hit! "If she's bi and you're willing to take the risk." I'd knock it outta the park! "If she's the hottest thing on the planet." Whoops! Foul tip! "If you havta take a second glance after saying, 'I'd hit that!'"

ok to say I'd hit that? I've never heard anybody actually say that before. Winx, I work with a bunch of men who don't remember that I'm a woman. I hear them say it all the time out of the persons earshot. They have even said it to me about some woman they saw.

I really haven't heard someone say it before except online.
