Mirror~ If it was not a lot and it was for emphasis, like previously suggested, I am fine with it. I swear myself. But if the foul language was calling people names or directed at me, I'd be outta there like grease lightening. I say couth versus ill mannered is important... do they know where to draw the line and act appropriately?

The only time I ever swear is if I am being sarcastic and saying "congratufuckualtions or if I hurt myself. But even then when I am around people I was say something to replace the word. Like fudge or fart, or some silly word. As long as it was not like every other word, then not I do not care.

i work in a warehouse, so i tend to swear more at work than normal. i try to be very careful and set a good example for my daughter

I think it would depend on the context it was used in and how much he seemed to be enjoying his curse fest. I can usually tell if someone is prone to slipping because they work with people who curse a lot, so they have fallen into a bad habit, or if that's truly who they are. I don't really care to hang with a habitual potty mouth, but have been known to slip myself. I am around it so much, it's amazing I don't curse like a sailor myself.
