Topic: Calling women "girls"

There was a thread about this and a lot of women do not like it when a man says they are a girl. I was also told that women calling other women "girls" is alright. Only when men use the word there is a problem. What if JSH / Mingle2 is saying it to guys? Here is a portion of the email I received today. "Hello DestinysDream, Thank you for signing up on 02/20/08 at 12:45 AM. You can call me hot girl anytime! I don't find being called girl, in the right context, offensive at all...people are waaayyyyy too oversensitive over some things!! It's just a word.

I thank all the women, uh I mean girls, for their responses. Men or boys if anyone gets blasted for saying "girls" just point them to this thread.
