If you hate someone and they dont know it,then its only eating up your energy and your mind. I do not want to give either of my ex's that power over me! I will leave them to their own hell that they place on themselves.

Forgiveness is one thing...forgetting is another. People who say forgive and forget..are the ones hurting people. sorry tender subject...moving on.

People who say forgive and forget..are the ones hurting people. sorry tender subject...moving on. no its ok. most people who have forgiven has never forgotten but they took the bigger step. i have forgiven but i have not forgotten but i am free. i am not tense, i don't have high blood pressure or heart attacks and sometimes unforgiveness does alot to our bodies. our bodies are meant for other good things

I've learned in time, only one can learn to heel enough to do either or if not both. Of forgiving or forgetting. But it just takes time over all. That's the only thing I can say is time heels it self as crazy as that may sound.. only in due time can one forgive or forget one's self.

I don't think forgive and forget necessarily go hand-in-hand. I think it's imperative for our own health and peace of mind to forgive, but don't think we ever forget the wrongs done to us, and I don't really see that as a bad thing.
