Holding resentments and not forgiving others only hurts me.

I've learned in time, only one can learn to heel enough to do either or if not both. Of forgiving or forgetting.
But it just takes time over all. That's the only thing I can say is time heels it self as crazy as that may sound.. only in due time can one forgive or forget one's self. |

I don't think forgive and forget necessarily go hand-in-hand. I think it's imperative for our own health and peace of mind to forgive, but don't think we ever forget the wrongs done to us, and I don't really see that as a bad thing.
