Why can't I just sleep in when I have a day off? I was up bright and early at 6 AM for no good reason

hard to change the internal clock I am used to getting up early no matter when I go to sleep

I'm the same way. Peeves me more when I stay up late the night before but I STILL WAKE UP like I have a built in alarm clock.

me too,,,,went to bed @ 1:00 am and was up again @ 3:45....silly old internal clock...hope you have a good day though
