somehow these just don't say enough, Beautifully written, and so sad at the same time. Let clifton know that he has prayers coming his way from people he doesn't even know.

Well it has been now 35 days since the accident. Today was the first day that my son Beau & I got to go to Parkland Hospital in Dallas to see Clifton.

What a day it was too we spent well over 2 hours with him talking joking and cutting up. We talked about the future his new baby on the way with only 5 weeks to go till the birth of Noah.

He is truly amazing ask any Doctor there and they will tell you he has made leap and bounds to anything they have ever seen.

I told him of the post I made here and the prayers he has received from this site. He just grinned real big and said tell them all the prayers did work I'm very blessed and I know I have had and Angel looking out for me.

Well as far as and update he had that big ole grin on his face after we walked in and he woke up we were at the foot of his bed. That was the prettiest smile I have seen in a while.

His last surgery was just a few days ago they did have to remove on his right hand his pinky finger and the ring finger next to it. They did the skin graft on his left arm from his elbow all the way to his hand. He does have full use of his left arm and hand still will need lots of therapy but at least he did not loose the use of it. His right arm they say will be the same once it heals. His hair is growing back on his chest another good sign means the skin grafts on his chest has taken.

Still a long road ahead but he is up in spirits and ready and willing to do what ever is needed to get well and be able to hold his new baby that is on the way.

Just wanted to give an update to all and thank each and everyone for the kind thoughts and prayers that were sent.

So,so happy to hear the news Kristi. Just goes to show you that his spirit and strength and the love of those around him can work miracles. When little Noah gets here, rejoicing all around and another wonderful miracle to give thanks for. I'm so happy for all of you, thanks for updating us.

Bless you all for your encourging words they will mean a lot to him I plan on printing this post up and send it to him to read while he is in the hospital.


He is truly one that has been blessed. I believe if it was not for Stacey and the fact of Noah on the way things might have turned out different. I hear that she has been his strength behind it all. You can surely tell by the eye contact that the love is true and very much there.

My prayers and thoughts are with them every day. I know by what I seen yesterday Clifton may have a hard road ahead still but.... he will never let this get him down he will never give up for he has a lot to be thankful for.

Besides shshhs how many 27 year old men you catch watching shows about babies yep that was what he was watching when we got there.

Ive got alot of pull with the big man upstairs, i'll have a talk with him today on behalf of this fine young man.
