Isn't it rather odd to be an Englishman offering cheers to a Holiday that we celebrate because we whupped the butts of the English?

Well, actually we just out lasted them.... But stubbornness can never be underestimated (look at how the USSR collapsed because of the same group we're fighting now)

Isn't it rather odd to be an Englishman offering cheers to a Holiday that we celebrate because we whupped the butts of the English? Because It doesn't bother me about what happened years ago. The cheers and good wishes were directed towards 'friends' |

Thank you and Happy 4th to all of you.

Friday, July 4, 2008: When other people miss deadlines, they give excuses; when I miss, I give reasons. Happy Holidays Folks Party on. I always like your quotes Tom, but this one seems a bit stiff and "from the boardroom" cliche. So...the blue collar..(the workabee) retort. If I could spend less time justifying what I'm doing, and more time doing what I'm justifying.....I wouldn't have to be doing so much justifying of my time There is no "I" in Team, but there is in Time..........so back to the drawing board to Tool the Teams Time rather than Tame the Team to early Tombs Tom |

Have to keep that "stiff upper lip" persona going. |

Well a popular phrase here in the Americas which I'm almost positive HAS to be British says "not to get your knickers in a bunch" |

Beach, I have this urge to dress you in a frock coat, place a crown on your head and call you an "honorary" Englishman I'd just bring salami to high tea and ruin your nice party. I'd be willing to trade the board shorts for slacks for some ale at the pub though |
