probably not, there would have to be a rational and very strong reason for it to effect my judgement

Very childish indeed I judge each on their own merit. You cannot expect to click with everyone your friends click with and vise versa. If a friend expects that of you , then they aren't much of a friend now are they?

I dislike a lot of folks for numerous reasons.......having said that, my friends take on someone, unless profound and proven, would have no impact on my opinion.

I would dislike "MY FRIEND" if I felt somehow I had been duped and they were something like ( FORBID) a Hitler fan. I'm relatively certain I've chosen friends carefully and wisely, and most don't dislike anyone, even those with major faults. In the cases of RAW EVIL, I'm sure we are in agreement.
