With no picture on their profile.. That is annoying that in todays technology explosion that one cannot get a picture on their profile. I am assuming those people who dont are either married or really not confident in what they look like
What do you guys think? |

i would rather see a pic of someone that im talking to and yea i would feel like the blue box would be hiding something...

I met a lovely man who had no photo. He sent it the day before our date so I'd know to recognize him where we met, but we talked for over a month before I saw his photo. And he was nice.

I am assuming those people who dont are either married or really not confident in what they look like What do you guys think? That, in and of itself, would not be a huge issue. So many people post "misleading" pics -- pics from 20 years ago, pics of other people, taken from magazines or other websites, pics intentionally manipulated to hide or deceive one thing or another -- pics don't guarantee anything. I avoid all that by not getting involved with people from dating sites anymore....! |

i agree, at least a pic or two. i also like the other pics people put up their profile, they often give clues into someone persona.

I'm thinking not putting up a pic is a pretty good idea.
Then maybe some men would decide to read profiles instead of going from profile to profile looking at pics. Just my thoughts  Glad you actually read them

I agree w/ Lex..the people I have met dont look like their pics, The pics werent recent, ect.
I think its all about the personality anyway. I wouldnt meet w/out talking awhile to find out what they are really like. |

I know a couple of people who have very valid reasons for not putting their pics up, which do not include being married or in a relationship. The couple of people I have knowlege of, I do know it for a fact...and am not just taking their word for it.
So, just saying...there can be good reasons.

I spoke at length for two months with someone before even asking to see his pics...when he showed them to me I was pleasantly surprised. But I know that I was not just lured in by a handsome face...so I have little doubt as to my feelings.

And if your only talking to them then what would it matter? |
