i always wear dress pants, but that is cuz well not too mayn guys were dress's...

A dress is always acceptable. Pants aren't always depending on what kin dof interview. Since you didn't say, go for the dress.

Skirt with blazer. White blouse. Push up bra. Leave the first three buttons open. Start discussing salary.

I personally would go with a skirt/suit jacket or with dress pants.. blue or black |

 dresses. might be a bit to revealing for a job interview though
