I got caught in that hail and rain down pour that just happened in Omaha.

Wind went from nothing to horrendous in about 60 seconds.

Hail and rain started, full blown, in seconds.

Visibility from fine, to bad, to nothing in seconds.

10 minutes later it was over.

Then it took half an hour to get home because roads were either flooded and impassable or trees were in the road.

I saw one tree snapped in half about 2 feet off the ground. It wasn't a thick tree, but wasn't skinny either.

I think I'll run my errands tomorrow.....

There was a storm in Boston today, lasted about 20 mins

Just found out, it hit while people were setting up for the summer art fair. I hear it caused a lot of damage to some of the art.

The hail wasn't that big, but it was so loud against my windows that I thought it might break through. I was really worried.

Thankfully, I live on the top of a hill in the highest town in Ohio. Of course that doesn't say much. The altitude here is barely 1200 foot.

Those are fun. The only real threat here is if it's Friday, Noon, and a tornado passes through town. That's when they test the tornado sirens.

Lots of power outages. They are saying maybe a week to get power restored to everyone.

Dang, there was enough damage they canceled the summer art fair. Wow
