I have a profile at myspace, but I mainly joined in hopes of finding
classmates and long lost friends from High School, and I have found 3 of
them so far, so if you're looking for old friends and classmates, then
myspace is a perfect place for you to join.

So far I only have problems with spammers for dating sites,it is
annoying as hell!

I have a myspace account for years i dont use it but keep it to keep in
contact with old friends

I think myspace is way over rated.My lil bro and sis go on there all the
time and it bothers me that my mom doesn't pay attention to what they
are doing on there. I've had a few friends who came across some pervs on
there and she went on because she was told that it was a safe website
but I personally think there is no such thing.People find so much stuff
about you on any website and all we can do is keep our heads up and eyes
open.

I have one. I only allow who I want, or trust in, and I get to keep
touch with my kids, friends, and show off photos, and plug my
interests...

Doesn't have to be a bad thing. There are some wackos there, though...
Like anywhere, lol.

I still talk to my friends there.My co-worker's mother used it to find
her granddaughter so it can be good if you use your head and you do have
the option of keeping your site private.i prefer tagworld myself.

most may think, also.I like the design flexability, but I prefer JSH.

I have an account on Myspace.......But lately I've been on here more
often......If anyone wants to add me, the link is on my profile.

My daughter has a my space account. When she first opened it lots of
problems. Picked up two viruses. Lots of weirdos etc...

I had her set her account to private and have not had any problems
since.

i've used myspace...i've been in contact with people i haven't seen in
twenty years.

it's a social network where people from all over the world can be
themselves, blogs... keep touch with family, freinds... another cyber
tool.

thing is, as with all things, when it gets big, the more chances there
will be predators.

When populations get larger,so does the numbers of bad folks, and all.

And, like human being will do, someone sets off panic buttons, media
makes money of stories..and, parents don't know what thier kids are up
to...

I have never had a problem. I do get spammed now and then, but it has to
be approved to get through my mail, or messeges...

i wasn't saying that it isn't true...i was pointing out that every other
website is ALSO a home to thieves, molesters, and druggies.

I have a myspace account as well as my daughter. I watch what she does
and it's private for her friends only. preditors are everywhere. Adults
can be led down the same path as our children. Email me if you want to
