I am a dry heat baby. 98-105 is just fine with me.
oh, i am not that fond of all that heat anymore 
and the pollution level is soo stinking bad .. 
of course i am a bicyclist...
i see things from a different viewpoint
it was like an oven today riding my bike 
the delta breezes were gone//// 
it was a bit taxing on me oxygen~wise 
getting in that full 8 mile ride
& riding in a sweaty sauna

I hear you! I am a fitness trainer, and take my clients outside most of the time; however, in the really hot days we defer to inside workouts! I am competing in an adventure race in late July: 103 mile bike; 15 mile run; 5 mile kayak. I just did my 3rd century ride last week before the heat really kicked in. It was challenging! The race is in Monterey and the weather should be more tolerable. Ride safely and enjoy!
