Going off some of the topic's i have been seeing. "Hugs"
Where do you stand as far as giving another man a hug? Are you the type that are stand off ish and just does hand shake's or are you the type that is secure that hugs there dad and some close friends. Might be a funny question to some but it also can tell a little bit about some one... |

Depends on the guy...
If he stinks- No hug. 
If it looks like he would get some sort of "excitment" -in a perverted way, No hug.

I hugged my male professor last spring as it had been some time since we saw each other.
I have no issues in giving a man, woman or child a hug. If I were born in France I would have be giving kisses on both cheeks. |

most guys still feel like it will make them gay.......if we were in some other country's they would kiss you on the cheeks........a small hug is nothing

yeah, i have a couple friends that i hug, like MYheart said. The hand shake and the pat on the back. But when it comes to family, like my dad ill give a full hug.
This part is just my opinion, but i think men that are not brought in a effectionate family or somwhat. They seem to be more insecure with themselves and they put on. I'M A MAN! and men dont feel

over here men hug and give each other kisses on the cheeks...they seem much friendlier and relaxed towards one another, Ive also notice that when in a group, men here dont "grab and adjust the package" like dudes do in the States when they are together....
