We all came from somewhere!!!!!! Aren't we all immigrants in one form or another?????? I immigrated from my mom. exported from your dad and imported by your mom huh? with part of me left on the sheets obviously not the good part.. you kept that

less jobs for us I wouldn't go that far... IMO alot of the immigrants take jobs many other people aren't willing to do. They also don't complain about it either. i know alot of companys that hire them just because they can pay them cheaper truth is I pay them more cuz they work their azz off a whole lot more than the rest of them not here in california

less jobs for us Are you wiling to do the much, much, much less than glamorous jobs they do? For instance mow yards in 100 degree heath? Clean toilets in hotel rooms? Bus tables in a restaurant, and get paid whatever the employer wants to pay you? …… Didn't think so....

I see them as brave pioneers, seeking better lives and forging the paths of opportunity for their families for generations to come...just as my great grandfather did for my own family.

The way I see it, they simply were raised with a better work ethic...and have a lot more to work for.

I have to interject a comment here: I work for a gentleman who has started a business from the ground up, he started in the cleaning business and has now expanded from cleaning toilets too....large corporate accounts and now has all the equipment to do carpets, tile, and window washing as well......He is of Hispanic culture and he has worked hard to get were he is at. And he pays taxes TOO! We, as Americans, have come from other countries from generations ago and our great-great grandparents had to do some of the lower end jobs that no one wants to do. This is what America is about and immigrants see this as the land of oppurtunity. Some come here illegally but imagine what thier country must be like to leave your family and strike out to get a piece of "The American Dream"!
