Prolly the city So you're sueing the city for the mistake of one person... and we wonder where our tax dollars go.... Right, and you have NO control over it do you? He works for you, you don't work for him. Do what you want Peccy...It's your life. |

Did you have a cup of hot coffee in your lap that wasn't marked "hot"? The neurologist should be able to shed some light on it. |

as I said all I want is a fuel efficient car, lost wages and something for pain and suffering, not millions.

Did the city cause you to lose your fuel efficient car? A car accident?

Did the city cause you to lose your fuel efficient car? A car accident? Kat As I said, not even looking for 100 grand here. Just to be compensated fairly for my loss. |

Anyway I said maybe the city. It might be the insurance company. I don't know how it works.

we humans never make mistakes.. especially cause it was a cop they have to be human you know? Your hearts are in a good place, but perception is skewed. and trust me i know about pain and suffering... my corvette was in my driveway.. the neighbors whose roof blew off <cause they dont take care of their house> did 3k of damage to my car... they had no insurance so i had to use 500 bucks i didnt have to pay my deductible....i went without food for the month and that was painful.... perhaps i should of sued them? for pain and suffering and not being able to drive my car while away in the shop? and all the mental anguish that went along with it cause it took my xmas money from my kids? after all they are parents and good ones too so since it affected my kids im sure i should of sued them? |

my perception is not skewed or screwed. I'm going through a law suit because I got my ass beat by a patient...guess what...it's been three years and not even close.
Now, I don't have non-specific back or head pain...I have a f*cked up shoulder, They did surgery after it happened so now I have a lot of metal in it...plate and screws....I may never be able to work again. So yeah...good luck with that. |

Sounds like there is no way he can lose either. I don't know how much a broken nose is worth. Maybe that's another thread but I am guessing 25k max. car wrecked wasted time punitive damages effecting the copyright of his face man you are a beginner |

as I said robert this is not my area of expertise, so I hired someone who has 30 years experience in the field to do it for me.

My car was worth way more than 200 bucks, and I do have insurance. A closed head injury is a bit more serious than than what you're talking about. I am through arguing this point. You people who are against me have no idea what an injury like I sustained in 1991 was like. I am still seeing a majority of it's effects in 2008. Hell I had to relearn everything. And if this upstanding city employee expects me to feel sorry for her after what she did, sorry, she hit the wrong guy. Oh and did I mention she was most likely talking on a cell when this happened? Feel sorry for her my as$! |
