hey Peccy...don't know if you saw what I posted yesterday in your lawyer post, but my lawyer is getting 15% of the first 25,000 and then 10% on the rest...fair?? I think not.

1/3 is the way to go.......I have used many attys this way and prefer it....just make sure they're willing to go the distance....and not settle right away.

Sounds like there is no way he can lose either. I don't know how much a broken nose is worth. Maybe that's another thread but I am guessing 25k max.

No but I have scars, no vehicle, and this aggravated my previous closed head injury, I have a little whiplash, and severe back pain. Couple that to a little post-traumatic stress disorder, and the cop already being issued a citation along with my missed work. That's a surefire win!
