Whoa,I went to a BMI calculator and it rated 30. as "overweight" I am 6 ft tall and weigh 195. and I came out at 30. something and I was pissed off, for 20 years I was a 21-23.
Yes, but actually I am average because "a few extra lbs, is now the average"
30 and above is actually "obese"..here is the formula: 703 x wt divided by ht in inches 2x so for example a person who weighs 200lbs and is 5ft tall (60in) has a BMI of 39...just in case u wanna try it on your ownflowerforyou

here here

i've had more success treating illness/injury via natural means than a traditional medical routes

i've had several problems that i treated with holistic methods and the doctor then runs tests and they are amazed at the progress. but i've learned to keep my mouth shut, they hate it when you prove them wrongohwell

Also, I chose to leave that section alone because I dont think any of the choices represent my CURVES

Our body types are all so different, it's hard to lump us all into a few categories.

My bmi is 21.2 by height age and bone structure I am 10 -15 lbs under weight at 130. But I have average because like angel I am slim but curvy. I didn't choose athletic although I am because I have found most people think that means "flat chested" and I am far from that. As far as all these scales used to find what you should weigh I think it's a crock. If you are happy confident and comfortable with your weight who is anyone else to tell you that's wrong. I just know mine because that's what they use to measure my progress at the gym...
