I'd start with some good tortilla chips. Use a few different kinds of cheese. Add some peppers, salsa, sour cream, chicken and about 5 more layers.

Hold the Salmonilla no kidding...but all the stores still carry them...are they safe now...i can't wait til mine get big in the garden...at least i don't have to worry about the stuff from my garden being safe or not...just peed on by wild animals and stray dogs...but i wash them really good and probably a lil urine won't hurt ya |

I have a new favorite addition to my nachos: Ranch Beans. Jalapenos, smoked tri-tip beef, fresh salsa, plenty of cilantro and yes, a ton of cheese...but try the Ranch Beans, you won't be disappointed!
And...wash it all down with a very cold beer. |
