so.. just curious.. when you tell a girl you are gonna call her and dont... is it always because you aren't interested.. or is it a guy thing.. because i have encountered this numerous times... and i'm thinking maybe it really is a guy thing to be bad at picking up the phone at times

No, people who say one thing and don't follow through are just flakes, still into playing games. Not neccessarily a game. If after a date, maybe the girl is under the impression that I'll call her, maybe I hinted at it, but maybe she's interpreting that I will because she had such a good time (y'know wishful thinking) and it's not what I intended at all. Even after a date, if the girl still likes me, but I have no intention of starting a romance, I might avoid telling her that straight out because I'm trying to avoid hurting her feelings. In such a scenario, I would hope the person that's interested in me will figure out that I'm not interested. Then again, I'm not like most guys, or so I've been told time and again...
